MTU would like to offer its employees the possibility to strike a healthy balance between job and family life. For its efforts in this field the company was awarded the "Career and Family" certificate back in 2005.
MTU’s more than 50 work-time models support this balance between professional and personal lives. Offers such as telecommuting jobs, part-time work or flextime allow employees to manage and optimally utilize their work time in line with their individual needs.
Child daycare provided by TurBienchen e.V.
In times when daycare services for children are scarce, the daycare center of the TurBienchen e.V. parent initiative at MTU's Munich location has proved its worth over the years. Here, children between the ages of six months and six years can play and learn together in small groups, lovingly attended to by a multilingual nursery team.
Family service
MTU's range of service offerings is complemented by pme Familienservice, an independent company that provides consultancy and intermediary services. pme Familienservice assists MTU employees in all matters relating to the care of children, sick family members or family members in need of nursing care.
