On-site service
Our specialists are available around the clock on 365 days to provide support to our customers. A 24-hour hotline will coordinate and organize activities to be performed on-site in the case of an emergency or during repair.
If necessary, we assume responsibility for the entire maintenance management under long-term agreements. The services offered range from the removal of the gas turbine through re-commissioning, from on-site repairs through scheduled inspection, from remote monitoring and vibration analysis through technical consultation and customer training.
Moreover, MTU Maintenance provides its customers with MTU services, spare parts and lease engines. Outside Europe, MTU has representatives on site in North and South America, Asia and Australia. This way, our local field service representatives will be on-site within a mere 24 hours to help customers, wherever in the world they are.
